Maybe because it's a Radar episode, I don't know, but this is an episode I really do enjoy. This is also an amusing episode for Frank as well, I love how he twisted his own lesson in the end: "When you steal something, don't ever try to return it."

Once again we experience Burns' denial of the fact that as important as he was as an army doctor in wartime,he was NOT a soldier.And THANK GOD FOR THAT!Can you imagine an infantry full of such cowardly cretins?!
