I thought it might have been Rosalind Choa at first, till I scrolled down and saw it was Virginia Ann Lee.
I recently realized that she actually made another appearance on M*A*S*H in addition to playing Young-Hi in "The Moose" (1x05), and the granddaughter of the elderly man in "Exorcism" (5x13): she was one of the girls who hummed "America the Beautiful" when Hawkeye and Trapper "drummed' Henry out of the service in "Abyssinia, Henry" (3x24).
