Anyone of Fame?

R.J., has any of the cast of MASH been to the MASH4077TV sight that you know of? Are any of them regulars on the site or forums and we just don't know it? Just curious. Sometimes we talk about particular characters and I wonder if maybe they see what we say about them.

Re: Any Ideas on BJ

I would rather see Trapper over BJ. Well, BJ was fine for the first few seasons, but as some of you stated, he seemed to get a little whiney. The episode where he's upset because he's away from home bothers me a bit. In fact, a lot of times I'll just pass that one over. Being in the Air Force for 20...

Re: Unaired Episode

Not one of them features Radar in such a situation. The only thing that comes close is the camp having Radar pretend to be Margaret's groom so the visiting Louise Burns won't suspect anything is going on between her and Frank. I would have loved to see Radar pretending to be married. Louise visitin...

Give Igor a Chance!

I've been thinking about the people you always see in MASH, but don't get the regular credit like Hawkeye, BJ or Radar. Igor has had some funny encounters on the show with main characters. For example, when Frank is talking to him about food compartment use standardization. Igor says something like ...

Re: Another Have You Noticed

Here's another one. In Winchester's first season, first few episodes, you'll notice his surgical gown looks really familiar from episode to episode. Look for the finger-like marks on his chest.

Re: "War Co-Respondent" (8x23)

It's almost like BJ forgot that he fell off the fidelity wagon back in Season 5 with "Hanky Panky". Then, he felt guilty and was going to write Peg, but Hawkeye stopped him. Sounds like Hawkeye may have started a trend.

Re: "War Co-Respondent" (8x23)

I know what you mean Big Daddy. I love the show, but I start loving it a little less starting at about season 5. There are a lot of great episodes from 5 on, but there's a cloud hanging over a little more than the last half of the series. I love Alan Alda, but my least favorite episodes are the ones...

Re: "War Co-Respondent" (8x23)

Big Daddy, there's no way you just saw this for the first time. I would think maybe you've seen it at least 10 times.

Re: Another Mystery

Found this link after the fact...

When I first read about the picture being Harry Morgan, the author insisted it was Morgan. That was a long time ago, before this 2007 blog. Has anyone else heard that it was Morgan?

Another Mystery

We've all seen the picture on Colonel Potter's desk. The lady in the picture is supposed to be Mildred, Potter's wife. Who is she really? I've heard the lady in the picture is Harry Morgan's real wife. I've also heard that the picture is of Verna Felton, an actress friend of Harry Morgan from before...

Re: Favorite Quotes

My absolute favorite is the entire exchange between Henry, Hawkeye, Trapper and Capt. Sloan when they are talking about getting an incubator. Hilarious!

Re: New Game: The Face is Familiar

The guy to the far left looks like Goldman (a regular uncredited character) from MASH.

Re: M*A*S*H Dreams

I've never had a MASH dream before. I've had dreams that spawned off of something from MASH, but never a dream where I was part of MASH. I suppose as long as I wasn't one of the wounded in the dream, it would be okay.

Re: Another Have You Noticed

I guess it would be a lack of continuity between writers, but I think I would have paid more attention to a detail like that. Deep down, it kind of ruins part of that character for me...knowing once it was mutilation, then the other time it was a joke. I've noticed that about Radar too. What else wo...

Re: Another Have You Noticed

Last night I was watching "White Gold" and noticed something odd about Hawkeye. Well, maybe I question his motives based on his actions in two episodes. Jumping ahead of "White Gold" to “Preventive Medicine”, Hawkeye decides to remove the appendix of Col. Lacy to get him off the ...
