Okay, this is quite perplexing . . . Frank’s face appears a little fuller like it did in his last couple of seasons, yet his uniform isn’t faded, or is his cap salty like it would be during that time.
There’s been a number of times we see him in Henry or Potter’s office to complain about something, so I’m really drawing a blank on this one.
Could this be “Some 38th Parallels” where asks Potter if he can auction off the camp garbage?
Season 4 was so dark though, and this shot is so bright, I would assume it would be from Seasons 1-3.
Hint: Father Mulcahy uses chopsticks in this episode.
