The General Flipped at Dawn?
I thought this at first as well because the black actor definitely looks like the chopper pilot from that episode, but I’m not so sure. That definitely looks like BJ behind him, especially the shoes.
So with that, my guess is Bless You, Hawkeye when Hawkeye and BJ go out at night to triage. In that episode it’s mentioned that it was children brought in on the ambulance though, sparking Hawkeye’s sneeze fit, so probably not the right episode. It’s all I got though.
