I can’t quite tell, the poor, dark picture quality looks Season 4. Sorry, I’m just drawing a blank.
If that’s Margaret, she looks quite nervous. To my memory, she is most nervous in just a few episodes. Maybe: The Nurses? House Arrest? Father’s Day? What’s Up Doc?
Haven’t the slightest clue. Almost nothing to go on other than the picture quality, which can be deceptive. Just looks like Margaret in OR to me.
Judging from the position of her hand, looks like she just opened the curtain, but I just can’t think of any scenes that would be.

Umm the only episodes that comes to mind atm in which a bus “plays a role” is Rainbow Bridge and GFA.
