Season 3, seems to me the first 2 seasons were about finding themselves. The 3rd season to me was when everyone kinda fell into place in their characters. Don't get me wrong I love all the seasons, for me that's just when it all came together.

I feel the same way about Seasons 4 and 5. That transition from Henry to Colonel Potter, or from Frank to Charles. I can even throw Season 8 in there, where Radar is leaving and Klinger takes over.

Where one leaves and another takes over, there's always that period of adjustment.
