The only thing I hate about Monopoly is how long it takes to play. However I do love completely dominating the other players and owning all the property.

I like Trivial Pursuit but I'm not very good at it so I'm not sure if it would be my favourite. If I do want to play a trivia game, it would be Buzz for the Playstation.

Scrabble, Yahtzee, Monopoly and another game I loved when I was a kid called Trouble.

Has anyone ever played Trouble? with the little bubble in the middle with dice in it that pops and shakes it up. I always got a kick out of that when I was little.

Oh yeah! another game I loved when I was a kid was called Ker-plunk. That was where you had a cylinder shaped tube, with several thin rods stuck through tiny holes in the center of the tube. Marbles are filled in the top of the tube and they rest on the rods. Then you and your opponet remove the thin rods one at a time, and the person who causes all the marbles to fall through loses.

Ahh I use to love Trouble!!! It was always my favourite game to play while i was sick.. Umm other games i use to love are: The Game of Life, Scategories, Compatability and of course Monopoly.. We've had games that have been perminantly set up on the dining room table for over three week. I'd never win though, so basically a waste of three weeks every time..

I totally forgot about the Game of Life!!! We always used to hate whoever got the Tech Support Job because we always messed up the spinner. When the spinner falls off, the person who has that job gets so much money for it.

I used to play Trouble a lot but it got old after awhile.

Ah Trouble - with the pop-o-matic! It was great for kids, because you couldn't lose the dice! Also, it taught you how to play "Sorry" later in life, and also Parchisi - both games are a little more sophisticated version of Trouble!

I love Scrabble, because I love words. But I hate Scrabble at the same time, because like Old MacDonald, I often get an E-I-E-I-O - always a challenge!

Really love the game "Clue".

There is also a fun game called sequence, the board has playing cards all over it.... it is a great game.

And Sequence is a great game! We have one where i work and it's great for the Preschool-aged children. They love it, and feel so grown up playing it lol

According to Wikipedia, Cluedo is the same thing as Clue here in North America. Great game!

Sequence is also a family favourite of ours. We tried making a homemade version but that didn't go so well

I have been known to enjoy a game of Trouble every now and then.

Is anyone familiar with Pull the Rug Out? I am not sure it is technically a board game but I had some fun with it when I was a kid.
