Probably my least favorite episode of the season. I think the idea of Margaret dealing with a nurse who was a friend with a drinking problem was an interesting basis for an episode, but I don't really think it worked for me. And the side-story with the pranks wasn't that great either, though I will say that I loved the ending of that story, with Hawkeye teaming up with Charles to prank BJ.
