Use this thread to discuss 08x13: Captain's Outrageous.
A pretty enjoyable episode IMO. The Mulcahy story seemed like a kind of mixture two season 7 episodes: "An Eye for a Tooth" (Mulcahy wanting to be promoted) and "Dear Sis" (letting something affect him so much that he gets more aggressive - though this time he doesn't punch someone - and having it end in everyone toasting him for the work he does). The highlights of that story were Mulcahy's line "Love they neighbor, or I'll punch your lights out," and the ending at Rosie's.
Though I'd say the best part was the stuff at Rosie's. I really liked seeing them run things there. I especially enjoyed Charles' scenes, including his argument with Rizzo (or "The G.I." as he's credited), and pissing off Muldoon.
