At first I thought it was “Yankee Doodle Doctor,” because I thought I was looking at Hawkeye and Trapper doing the tango, much to Frank’s annoyance, but I don’t believe that’s Hawkeye with his back to us, and I don’t see this person dancing with anyone . . . in fact, it almost looks like he’s holding a tray of some kind.
Frank looks worried though and wanting people to listen to him, and the only times I can think of something like this happening are “The Army-Navy Game” or “The Sniper,” but I’m not quite sure.

Absolutely no idea. I agree with BDOR that’s not Hawkeye but maybe Klinger walking by? Not sure, but based on people moving around and Frank directing, I would have guessed Bug Out like Sue.
