This is a challenge! That being said, I really don’t have much of a clue, but I’ll throw out a random guess: “Peace on Us.” I only guess that because I see Potter, Charles, and Mulcahy in this shot, and at the moment, the only O.R. scene with the three of them I can think of is from that episode.

Strange direction for Charles to be facing, and where is Potter going! Not sure I completely agree that’s Mulcahy also in the shot, but assuming it is, my best guesses would be Are You Now Margaret or Taking the Fifth.
