Yay, a challenge! Well, given this is a night scene, and Hawkeye’s still in scrubs and uniform and not in his bathrobe or anything, my guess this is “The Grim Reaper.”

BDOR may be right. Trying to think of other Hawkeye triage in a bus at night episodes. Only other ones I can think of are Quo Vadis, Captain Chandler, Deluge, Rally Around the Flagg Boys, The Life you Save. I think we did some of those though but those are my guesses.
I forgot about “Deluge,” you may be right – I remember that being an unusually dark and grainy episode, this kind of looks like it.
Yea it was mostly just a guess, but it seems right. I can kinda put my mind in the scene as Hawkeye’s going throughout the bus. I want to say that’s Radar or Father Mulcahy blocking the camera view in the shot.
