Pretty sure this is Hawkeye giving Col. Griswald the injection for his uh…naughty time in “Hey Doc”
I’m not sure myself, but I think I can safely say this is Season 4: Hawkeye’s starting to show signs of gray in his sideburns, and the picture quality is a tad fuzzy and dark. You may be right.
Yea it most definitely looks like season 4 to me, and that smirk on his face just looks like him teasing the Col over his “carnal flu”. I always remember this scene/episode because I love that 1st Cav patch that Griswald wears.
