All wrong. Here’s a potentially unhelpful hint: futurenurse’s guess (“Blood and Guts”) has some sort of connection to the episode this image is from but I won’t say what the connection is other than that it doesn’t involve guest stars or the story line.
Oh, I was so close….oh well. What’s funny is that was a random guess, too. I’m going to go ahead and guess Blood Brothers (since they both have ‘Blood’ in the title and I’m not sure what other connection the episodes would have).
