Here’s a segment from the Monday, February 28th, 1983 broadcast of WCBS-TV’s (New York City’s CBS affiliate) news magazine 2 on the Town, which aired from 7:30-8PM. After footage from the last scene being filmed and the finale press conference is shown, hosts Adrienne Meltzer and Lloyd Kramer turned things over to Melody Rogers and Steve Edwards of KNXT-TV (now KCBS-TV, the CBS affiliate in Los Angeles).
