My guess and its a pure guess is “house arrest”.
Well, that is definitely a movie in the background, and this is an earlier episode, so House Arrest is probably correct.
“House Arrest” is correct. The light in the background is actually from the lamp in Margaret’s tent. The specific scene comes right after Frank whines about Colonel Reese bunking with Margaret.
