I wouldn’t think so, look how short B.J.’s hair is, by then, he had that shaggy 70s look by then.
I know it can’t be “End Run” (5×18), we just did that one.
True, his hair was shaggy in the later shows, but how can you tell when he’s wearing his surgical cap?
You can see his ear, usually even with a surgical cap on, his hair would cover up the top half of his ears.
Not only that, but notice how fuzzy the quality of the pic is… for some reason, most Season Five episodes had rather poor film quality compared to the rest of the series. Or it could be from Season Four, that season had some film deterioration problems as well.
Maybe RJ can help narrow it down for us, lol.

What really makes this one tricky is that Hawkeye and B.J. rarely worked on a patient together, usually each doctor worked on a patient by himself, unless for occasions where further assistance was needed for really tough cases.
I don’t know the episode, but isn’t that nurse next to Hawkeye the one that says “No more boom, boom?”
The Spanish nurse (Chanzes or Chansez wasn’t it) was from Season Three, so B.J. wouldn’t be standing there, lol.
